Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information where available.

Delivery Time

Greece (Domestic): approximately 3-7 business days. Rest of the European Union: approximately 7-15 business days. International: approximately 10-20 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or courier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package's journey to your door.

Customs and Import Duties

For international orders outside the EU, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
