Free Shipping for Everyone

We're proud to offer free shipping on every order, for every customer, with no minimum purchase required. The shipping cost you see at checkout will always be 0.00 EUR.

Where We Ship

We ship across the European Union and to selected international destinations. You can confirm that we deliver to your address by entering it at checkout — if shipping options appear, we deliver to you. We do not currently ship to Greece.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information where available.

Delivery Time

European Union: most orders arrive within 10-20 business days from dispatch. Other international destinations: most orders arrive within 15-25 business days from dispatch. These windows are in addition to the processing time above.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package's journey to your door.

Customs and Import Duties

For international orders outside the EU, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
