Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at anna.3d@hotmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item, including your order number and reason for return. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as opened pet grooming or bathing products) may not be eligible for return unless defective. This will be noted on the product page where applicable.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
